NNI Press Ad of the Year awards
A revamp of the acclaimed NNI Press Ad of the Year awards saw us tasked with attracting more commercial advertisers – without compromising the creative credibility of the awards – while also increasing attendance and generating positive media coverage. We introduced a series of new categories to bring in more advertisers and media agencies, and assembled a high-class judging panel including the multi-award-winning Matt Fitch and Mark Lewis of BBH London. Our awards night in Dublin’s Mansion House featured a classy 1920s look and feel, with TV personality Brendan O’Connor as MC. More than 350 people attended; some of Ireland’s leading brands (VW, Guinness, Three Mobile) were awarded; and the event garnered extensive coverage in seven national newspapers, Marketing and IMJ magazines, as well as social media.
