On St Patrick’s Day, why overseas firms are looking at Ireland

2017 is set to be another record-breaking year for tourism in Ireland, but an increasing number of overseas companies are also visiting our shores – and staying put.

Happy St Patrick’s Day! If you are an Irish citizen, or one of the estimated 80 million people around the world who can claim Irish ancestry, then today is a day to celebrate and be proud.

In cities around the globe, St Patrick’s Day parades will be taking place to mark our national holiday, giving the Irish diaspora – one of the biggest of any nation – its annual opportunity to turn the world green.
